Module supply<br />

The module supply's current load is<br />

the total current consumption resulting<br />

from the electronic modules<br />

and compact modules. If the total<br />

current consumption is higher than<br />

the supply module's current load<br />

capacity, the module supply must<br />

be refreshed with an additional supply<br />

module (see modules' technical<br />

details). The system software takes<br />

this into account.<br />

Periphery supply<br />

Maximum current load: 10 A<br />

The current load of the periphery<br />

supply is the sum of the current<br />

consumption of the sensors and<br />

actuators supplied via the input/<br />

output modules. If the current load<br />

is higher, the periphery supply must<br />

be refreshed with an additional supply<br />

module to prevent overload.<br />

Please refer to the derating diagram.<br />

C-rail<br />

Maximum current load: 10 A<br />

If the current load is higher, the<br />

C-rail must use a different supply to<br />

prevent overload. Please refer to<br />

the derating diagram.<br />

the module bus with regard to the periphery<br />
