PURPOSE:
To identify, compare and contrast management goals and union
goals for health and safety in your workplace.
TASKS:
1) Take a few minutes to individually note down (in the space provided below):
Several goals management has for its policies and programs regarding workplace
health and safety (why is your management involved in workplace health and safety
– what are their goals for this involvement?); and
Several goals the union has for our involvement in workplace health and safety.
