To prepare for continuous bargaining over an issue that is negatively impacting (or<br />

could negatively impact) health <strong>and</strong> safety on the job.<br />

As a group, choose an issue that is (or could) negatively impact health <strong>and</strong> safety on the<br />

job. Next, review the four aspects of a “continuous bargaining” approach <strong>and</strong> discuss <strong>and</strong><br />

answer each set of questions below.<br />
