Primary Function/User Groups: Extensive area for community-wide use which may<br />
provide active, passive, educational, cultural or programmed<br />
functions for all age groups. Community parks should<br />
integrate unusual or attractive natural features such as water<br />
bodies into the park for preservation <strong>and</strong> recreational use.<br />
Ample <strong>of</strong>f-street parking <strong>and</strong> good access from collector or<br />
minor arterial roadways is desirable.<br />
