StoreFront 5.0 Note: When creating a Multiple-Product Product Bot, you will not be able to choose data elements to add to a page. Note: options marked with an * are Run-Time options that will add some additional code to the page. The available data elements and options described below that can be added to a page are listed under the Product Bot Creation menu, under Add to Page with Product Bot. Product ID: the Product ID of the product you are adding a product bot for. Name: the Name of the product you are adding a product bot for. Short Description: the Short Description of the product you are adding a product bot for. Long Description: the Long Description of the product you are adding a product bot for. Small Image: this option will add the Small Image for the product you are creating the Product Bot for. Large Image: this option will add the Large Image for the product you are creating the Product Bot for. Have Images Use Link: if you check this option, then the Small Image or Large Image for this product will be linked to the URL you specified in this product’s Link field. Price: the Price of the product you are adding a product bot for. Category: the Category of the product you are adding a product bot for. Manufacturer: the Manufacturer of the product you are adding a product bot for. Vendor: the Vendor of the product you are adding a product bot for. Use OANDA Currency Conversion*: this will add the code necessary to use the OANDA Currency Conversion features to this page. You must have an account configured with OANDA before you can use this option. 152
User Guide Use Sale Feature*: checking this option will add a product bot to the page. The sale price and regular price will also be added, and the amount you saved will be shown as well. ADDITIONAL OPTIONS Email a Friend Button: checking this option will add a button to the page below the Product Bot. Customers will be able to click this button to access the Email to a Friend page. If you select Use Design Default Image, the image used for the button will be the image specified under the design parameters for the theme your site is using. If you choose Use Custom Image, you can enter the URL to a different image to be used instead of the default. If you do not know the URL of the image, click Browse to select it from those currently in the web. Save to Order Button: checking this option will add another button to the page below the Product Bot. Customers will be able to click this button to use the Save to Cart feature, storing the item in their Saved Cart for a future order. If you select Use Design Default Image, the image used for the button will be the image specified under the design parameters for the theme your site is using. If you choose Use Custom Image, you can enter the URL to a different image to be used instead of the default. If you do not know the URL of the image, click Browse to select it from those currently in the web. The Saved Order feature is described in greater detail on page 12. Add to Cart Button: every product bot will contain an Add to Cart button. Normally, the image used for this button will be the one specified in the design parameters for the Theme your site is currently using. If you would prefer to use a different image for the Add to Cart button, choose Use Custom Image, then enter the URL to a different image to be used instead of the default. If you do not know the URL of the image, click Browse to select it from those currently in the web. Display Attributes: attributes will always be added to the page if the product has been assigned attributes. You can specify whether the attributes will be listed as Radio Buttons or in a Drop-Down List.
