StoreFront 5.0 This section is only for users with StoreFront 5.0 Merchant Tools. Creating An Affiliate Sales Report StoreFront has built-in support for an Affiliate Partners program. The Affiliate Sales Reporting Tool will allow you to view the total sales for a single affiliate. Follow the instructions below to use the Affiliate Sales Reports. 1. Open the Merchant Tools in your browser. Click the link for Sale Reports under the Daily Store Management section. 2. Select Affiliate Partners Report from the Select Report: drop-down box. Use one of the short-cuts (Day, Week, Month, Year to Date) or else enter a date range in the Start Date and End Date fields. 3. Click Submit. Creating A Transaction Service Report The Transaction Service Report sales reporting tool will allow you to view the information returned by your payment processing service regarding credit card transactions. This report will only be useful if you are using a live payment processing service. If you are using email merchant processing, then this report will not return any results. Follow the step-by-step instructions below for help on using this tool. 218

Creating A Product Sales Report The Product Sales Report will allow you to view the sales of a single product within a given time period. This is an excellent tool for measuring the popularity of individual products. Follow the instructions below to use the Product Sales Report. 1. Open the Merchant Tools in your browser. Click the link for Sales Reports under the Daily Store Management section. 2. Select Product Sales Report from the Select Report drop-down box. In the Start Date and End Date fields, enter a date range in MM/DD/YY format, or else use one of the shortcuts (Day, Week, Month, Year to Date). 3. Enter the Product ID of the product you would like to view sales reports for, or else select the product from the Product drop-down box. 4. Click Submit. 219
