Benchmark Report<br />
Here we provide competitive benchmarking data for your company compared with all the other<br />
franchise companies from your industry that have surveyed with us in the last 12 months.<br />
Overall <strong>Satisfaction</strong>, the first section, shows your scores for each section of the survey compared<br />
with the industry benchmark. To the right of the first chart, you’ll see the number of respondents to<br />
the survey for your brand, as well as the number of respondents for the industry as a whole. Next,<br />
the report goes through each of those sections (Training & Support, Franchise System, Leadership,<br />
Core Values, <strong>Franchisee</strong> Community, Self-Evaluation, Financial Opportunity, and General<br />
<strong>Satisfaction</strong>) showing the questions for each section and how the franchisees rated you for each<br />
compared with the industry benchmark.<br />
