Summary <strong>Satisfaction</strong> Report<br />

The Summary <strong>Satisfaction</strong> Report shows your average scores (on a five-point scale) for each section<br />

and each question of the survey. It’s designed to give you an overview of how the whole system rates<br />

you, and the simplified scoring (using averages instead of our weighted <strong>Franchisee</strong> <strong>Satisfaction</strong><br />

Index [FSI]) provides you with an easy way to present your results to franchisees and prospective<br />

franchise buyers.<br />

Overall <strong>Satisfaction</strong>, the first section, shows the average scores for each section of the survey:<br />

Training & Support, Franchise System, Leadership, Core Values, <strong>Franchisee</strong> Community, Self-<br />

Evaluation, Financial Opportunity, and General <strong>Satisfaction</strong>. To the right of the first chart, we list the<br />

number of respondents to the survey, and what percentage of your franchisees that number<br />

represents. Below the Overall <strong>Satisfaction</strong> section, the rest of the Summary <strong>Satisfaction</strong> Report goes<br />

through each of section of the survey individually, (showing you the questions in that part of our<br />

survey and how the franchisees rated you for each. Finally, the Summary <strong>Satisfaction</strong> Report wraps<br />

up with a breakout of the demographics of respondents.<br />
