RIPTA should enforce control policies including removal <strong>of</strong> unruly passengers when appropriate.Improve highway lighting on high-volume roads and interchanges by using “full cut-<strong>of</strong>f” fixtures and reduced glare lights. Designhighway lighting systems and facilities to consider the needs <strong>of</strong> <strong>Rhode</strong> <strong>Island</strong>'s aging population, and minimize environmental andaesthetic impacts on surrounding areas.
