Identify any unique packaging and marking requirements in Section D. Thecontracting <strong>of</strong>ficer prepares this Section with assistance from the technical activity teammembers.4.5.1.5 Section E: Inspection and acceptance. This Section provides <strong>for</strong> Government In-Process Review (IPR)/inspection, and final review and acceptance <strong>of</strong> training data products andservices. The procuring activity is responsible <strong>for</strong> defining inspection and acceptance criteria <strong>for</strong>Section E.4.5.1.6 Section F: Deliveries or per<strong>for</strong>mance. Section F specifies delivery instructions andprocedures, delivery schedules, and delivery or per<strong>for</strong>mance locations and destinations. ThisSection also provides other in<strong>for</strong>mation pertinent to delivery or per<strong>for</strong>mance <strong>of</strong> contractedsupplies and services such as; provisions <strong>for</strong> stop work orders, suspension <strong>of</strong> work, andGovernment delay <strong>of</strong> work. The following <strong>guidance</strong> applies to preparation <strong>of</strong> Section F:a. Delivery and per<strong>for</strong>mance requirements in Section F can have an effect on overallcontract costs. Overly restrictive delivery and per<strong>for</strong>mance schedules are costly. Avoidthem except when mission essential to the requiring agency.b. If the delivery or per<strong>for</strong>mance schedule is a source selection factor, ensure Section Fclearly describes the basis <strong>for</strong> this evaluation. Source selection in<strong>for</strong>mation andevaluation criteria in Sections L and M should also reflect this requirement.c. When allowed by the contract, Section F includes provisions <strong>for</strong> delayed or partialdelivery <strong>of</strong> supplies or services. Also include procedures <strong>for</strong> accepting and processingdelivery orders in Section F.4.5.1.7 Section G: Contract administration data. Section G provides required in<strong>for</strong>mationand data concerning accounting and appropriation, and general contract administrationprocedures. The following <strong>guidance</strong> applies to preparation <strong>of</strong> Section G:a. There are many regulatory requirements associated with cost accounting andappropriation procedures which are beyond the scope <strong>of</strong> this document. The contracting<strong>of</strong>ficer and appropriate financial advisor should develop this Section. Review applicableagency regulations be<strong>for</strong>e completing Section G.b. Identify the procuring contracting <strong>of</strong>ficer, contract manager, and the contractor's contractadministrator. This Section provides addresses <strong>for</strong> delivery orders, and each Service andagency point <strong>of</strong> contact authorized to issue delivery orders.c. Provide in<strong>for</strong>mation about the preparation and submission <strong>of</strong> required contractadministration reports which are not in the CDRL(s).4.5.1.8 Section H: Special contract requirements.
