CONFERENCE-WIDE BREAKFAST<br />
Breakfast is available to ALL attendees each morning. Please<br />
join your 2011 conference organizers in the Regency A Ballroom<br />
at 7:30am. There will be a variety of breakfast goods to choose<br />
<strong>from</strong> including, breads, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea <strong>and</strong><br />
juice.<br />
COFFEE BREAKS<br />
Morning <strong>and</strong> afternoon coffee breaks are scheduled each day<br />
on each meeting floor (Ballroom Level, Lobby Level, 2nd Floor<br />
<strong>and</strong> 11th Floor). The morning coffee break is held at 10:20am<br />
each day <strong>and</strong> the afternoon coffee break is held at 3:20pm each<br />
day. Coffee, tea, lemonade <strong>and</strong> iced tea is available.<br />

This year’s Technical Tour <strong>and</strong> University Reception is<br />
sponsored by the A. James Clark School of Engineering.<br />
Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the following<br />
laboratories <strong>and</strong> centers:<br />
• Center For Advanced Lifecycle Engineering<br />
• Space Systems Laboratory<br />
• Maryl<strong>and</strong> Nanocenter<br />
• Robotics, Automation, <strong>and</strong> Medical Systems (RAMS)<br />
Laboratory<br />
• Maryl<strong>and</strong> Robotics Center<br />
• Terps Racing Club<br />
Buses depart the hotel at 2:00pm <strong>and</strong> proceed to the College<br />
Park campus of the University of Maryl<strong>and</strong>. Only those<br />
attendees who have pre-registered for the tour may participate.<br />
Refreshments will be provided following the tours of the above<br />
mentioned engineering facilities.
