When DirectionProtection is on (default), data will be shown only for vehicles that are goingin the direction set for that lane. For example, if a lane is set for traffic moving north,any traffic in that lane that may be moving south will be ignored. However, if the sensordetermines that most vehicles are going a direction different from the one that wasconfigured (e.g. during hurricane evacuation), the sensor will begin reporting vehiclesgoing all directions. Turning off Direction Protection allows SSMHD to always reportdata from vehicles going both directions.NoteIf a lane has been configured to be bidirectional, Direction Protection will be disabled.
