KolagarSummary:Gas turbine blades are of important, expensive and very sensitive parts in gas powerplants. Consequently, quality control of these parts is very vital and important.Nowadays, most blades are importive, so it is nessessary to have a reference qualitycontrol laboratary. To receive this goal and to know about tests needed and theirmethods, firstly, test sheets for different tests were prepared. These sheets wereprepared for Siemens V94.2 , GE-F9 and GE – F5 turbine blades and vanes. Thesesheets include criteria for accepting or rejecting each test and other necessaryinformations.The most important tests are as follows: Chemical analysis Stress rupture testing Tensile testing Surface grain size determination Hardness testing Microstructural investigations Dye penetrant testing Radiography Dimentional checks123
