GolkhaniSummary:In this project, a programmable logic controller with limited I/O (uPLC) was designed& manufactured. OLE for process Control (OPC) is the most important property ofuPLC. uPLC can interface with any Client which equipped by OPC. It means; you candefine tags in client & connect it to uPLC variables in a standard manner. uPLCequipped by Ethernet & ETCP. ETCP is an extended form of TCP which has propertyof fieldbus! You can use Ethernet or Serial port to program uPLC.We design & make CAN with DeviceNet protocol for filedbus connection.You can program uPLC with any language which compliant by IEC1131-3 such asST(Structured Text), IL(Instruction List), FBD (Function Block Diagram),SFC(Sequential Function Chart), FC (Flow Chart) & LD (Ladder Diagram). Also, youcan develop custom process control or function by ODK (Open Development Kit).uPLC equipped by HMI which control & monitor variables & tags using OPC.uPLC hardware includes digital & analog input/output, network, power supply. It canconnected to monitor or LCD, Floppy, Hard disk, Printer, Mouse & Keyboard.You can use uPLC in DCS or FCS Automation.Specification:1- Central Processora. Windows CEb.
