Agha AminiProject Code: PMEPN06Summary:The aim of this project was development of the FDVA fault diagnosis software andincreasing its abilities in order to have accurate results with more precision in the faultdiagnosis of all-rotating machinery in both On-Line and Off-Line data acquisitionmethods. The first version of the FDVA software was produced in the “Fault Diagnosisin Turbines by Vibration Analysis” project.Project Results : Development of the FDVA software such as completion and correction of thevibrational faults’ training patterns and analyzing the data of several sensorsinstantaneously. Experimental modeling of the common faults such as: unbalance, misalignment,shaft bow, rubbing, mechanical looseness, ballbearing faults. Technical knowledge of the On-Line vibration data acquisition, processing andmonitoring.29
