Relay-feedbacksolution is used in this Controllers.This system is comprised of Hardware and software parts. Hardware’s system isconsists of four sections.Digital circuits are the first part these boards include the main porcessor and other logiccircuits. Decision making, sending and receiving control signals is done with this part.Analog circuits are the second part . Analog inputs and outputs isolation, convertingvoltage signals to current signals and viseversa is fullfilled with this part.The third part is communication part back and front panel’s boards set communicationbetween system and environment. Back panel is placed of interchanging digital andanalog signals between system and environment.Power supply entry is connected to this board. It enables exchanging data between userand system. User can send commands by keybord. Power Systems Control & Dispatching Research CenterNRIBoth inputs can be in current (0~20 or 4~20mA) or Voltage (0~50 or 1~5V or0~10V) mode.Controller output is either in Voltage (0~10V) mode or current mode (0~20mA or4~20mA).Two relays, one for up limit & one for low-limit alarms.Capable of saving all configurations againts any power failure.RS-232 & RS-485 Links to Communicate with conventional PCs to receiveconfigurations or to send OV,SP&PV Values.Local graphic LCD to show graphical and text information to operators.Project Results: In this projects to the production of technical acknowledgment about differentmethods in PID Controllers.A prototype for this contorller has been designed and built on feedback relay solution.After construction, all of the functional experiences for secrurity in functionality ofdevice have done.
