NajafiSummary:To make sure that high voltage equipments are working all right under serviceconditions and to have suitable measurements when buying or ordering them, it isnecessary to examine those equipments at design, manufacturing, using, and servicestages.If laboratories tests are done precisely and under standard controlled conditions, theycould help to predict high voltage equipments operation (how they will work).Laboratories tests if done according to standards they will have great role in insulationdesign, efficient used martial, ensuring scientific knowledge, and knowing apparatusfaults mechanism.Tests standard, suggests conditions for doing tests such that realistic operationconditions are modeled and if tests are done according to standards the results arerepeatable.It means in various laboratories and various times, having different circumstancesconditions, will lead to similar results.So existence of required standards is important for making tests on high voltageequipments. Since standards include method of test, test paper sheets, apparatuses andtools needed for each test in every laboratory.For this reason it is clear how important doing projects in this field. In fact the mainpurpose of this project is supplying a reference that can be used as guidance for showingrequired methods, conditions, and equipments for each test in laboratories.38

Preparing tests paper sheets for each equipment so that results are recorded andoffered to purchaser. Specifying shortages in laboratories as a matter of tools and tests equipments.
