Building Information Modeling (BIM) enables higher quality designs to beperformed in less time and with lower cost. The systems provide architects and engineers towork simultaneously on the same building model which helps preventing errors caused by thelack of interdisciplinary coordination. Modeling usage provides benefits not only to thedesigner, but also to the contractors and customers.Also effects process changes, selection of the project team and distribution of skills andexperiences needed for design and project planning. BIM team should be organizedconsidering tasks such as; project management, content creation, building design anddocumentation.
