These factors should be structured ina "handbook" for architects and designers involved in the building process to develop thiskind of project properly. Similarly, there is also the need to ensure the update of these toolswhich may guarantee an adequate renewal of the technologies that take part in the edificationactivity.It seems that home automation should have a key role in the architecture of the future, fromeither the point of view of energetic efficiency and sustainability or the comparativeimprovement on the real estate market. Nevertheless, domestic automation hasn’t beenconsidered a condition yet from within the architectural project, and this fact is preventingdomotic from spreading as a discipline to redefine the future of new constructions.In this respect it’s being researched the possible determining constructive and project factorsthat housing automation has got.
