Mainly multi-flat tenement houses were built during this time period,with the typical structural features. Social and economic environment of that given time ofconstruction brings about typical problems in case of a significant part of the buildings. Maintenance,modernization and refurbishment of such buildings are largely influenced by the construction methodof the given time, and the existence of that type of flats built in similar manner.
