Acquisition StrategyThe JLTV Acquisition Strategy for the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase, FY12-16, is to award two full and open competition contracts todesign, fabricate and test the full range of sub-configurations in sufficient quantities to validate all Capability Development Document requirements. Internationalparticipation will be offered during this phase. Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 6 or higher is required. The fabricated prototypes will undergo Developmental Test,Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) testing, Limited User Test and Live Fire Testing.E.
