To make your heading or column headings appear in bold, when you<br />

open a row, instead of using <strong>the</strong> pipe symbol, use an exclamation<br />

point. Within <strong>the</strong> row, two pipe symbols before <strong>the</strong> respective cells<br />

are replaced by two exclamation points:<br />

To give your table a heading, following <strong>the</strong> table initiation, that is,<br />

after <strong>the</strong> {| and any parameters, insert a |+ and <strong>the</strong>n enter <strong>the</strong> column<br />
