Another experiment was done with Teacher Training and PublicAdministration students from an IT-Skills Fundamentals course.We did this experiment with three groups of mixed studentsfrom the above departments. Some students were told for eachpractical session to bring their laptops and the other studentshad to use the available computers in the lab 701. The sameproblems like the previous experiment came up with thosestudents who worked on the lab computers such as long timewaiting to log in, slow opening of the MS Office applications,from time to time several computer logs appeared, no internetaccess or instant internet logs. The students with laptops did notface these problems and they could work without any limitationor disturbance.->7em. One more experiment was done with students for the courseoffered form the Computer Center to the community. We haveone group with 10 students from several secondary schoolsfrom Tetovo. One student in the group had his own laptop andhe didn’t have a problem with the presentation of hishomework, following the teaching process with attention anddelivering homework on time. This contributed to his biggerinvolvement in the class and better results than the otherstudents who did not have laptops. They always complainedthat they had some problems and they rarely brought homeworkon time. If they had to save some files for the next practicalsession, they often forgot to bring them. Also, they could notfollow the teaching process so easily due to the issuespreviously mentioned which affected their successfulparticipation in and completion of the classes and course.121
