So we continue with ourpromotion ceremonies.Today we promote the work of anAlbanian author who lives and worksoutside the official Albanian stateborders, Blerim Reka.Blerim Reka is an Albanian; anintellectual, passionate scholar full ofenergy; a diplomat and educator; asuccessful creator; and the author of 16serious and important publications. That'swhy I say that today we have an event,because before us there is a prominentAlbanian intellectual from across theborder.This ceremony is an event for mepersonally. So - it iscontemporary.It is a groundbreaking book in contentand form as well.Among the several thousand publicationsdevoted to this subject, it is certain thatthis book occupies a place ofunquestioned honor.It grasps and treats with a comprehensiveand quite modern approach the wholecomplex problematic that EU posesnowadays as well as its integration anddevelopment process.189
