This book reflects the author as a mirrorreflects beauty!To talk positively about a book to thosewho have not read it, is to tell them theywill like the book because they have likedothers similar to it.With pleasure I accept talking about thenew book of professor and diplomatBlerim Reka, "Geopolitics and techniquesof EU enlargement", because he is acolleague with whom I have collaboratedand because of the high consideration Ihave for his writing.I recommend to you this book to readwith attention and devotion, either forgaining basic knowledge, or to deepen it,about a topic of much interest, both forMacedonia and for Kosovo: thegeopolitics and techniques of EuropeanUnion enlargement.Allow me at the beginning to mentionthat the work of Blerim Reka is steadilyincreasing. Now he is not only a creatorthat promises, but a creator who claims,the pinnacle of scientific creativity andfor that I congratulate him.
