You must escape it to gainanything at all.You say, “I filled my sheep-skin in the sea, butthe sea was too great to be contained in my sheepskin.”That is absurd. If you say, “My sheep-skinwas lost in the sea,” that is excellent! That is theroot <strong>of</strong> the matter. Reason is fine and useful untilit brings you to the door <strong>of</strong> the King. Once youhave reached His door, give up reason, for in thathour reason is a sheer loss to you, a highway robber.When you have reached the King, surrenderyourself to Him, you have no use then for thehow and wherefore.For instance, you have an uncut cloth youwant made into a tunic or a cloak.
