This is not surprising, and is no limit tothat love. On the contrary, the root <strong>of</strong> the matteris the heart, yearning, and passion. A child is inlove with milk, and from milk it derives succorand strength, yet the child cannot explain milk ordescribe it, saying, “What pleasure I find in drinkingmilk, and how weak and anguished I wouldbe without it.” The child has no words for it, yetstill it desires milk. Most grown people, on theother hand, even though they might describe milkin a thousand ways, still they find no such pleasureor delight in milk like they did as children.
