FIHI MA FIHI V 305Many are those whose heart is full of such reality,but they cannot express the words in terms ofspeech. This is not surprising, and is no limit tothat love. On the contrary, the root of the matteris the heart, yearning, and passion. A child is inlove with milk, and from milk it derives succorand strength, yet the child cannot explain milk ordescribe it, saying, “What pleasure I find in drinkingmilk, and how weak and anguished I wouldbe without it.” The child has no words for it, yetstill it desires milk. Most grown people, on theother hand, even though they might describe milkin a thousand ways, still they find no such pleasureor delight in milk like they did as children.
