Later <strong>in</strong> 2005 and2006, the Company acquired FNS, an Australian softwareproductsfirmandComicrom,aBPOcompany<strong>in</strong>Chile.Together with other organic growth <strong>in</strong>itiatives like theexpansion <strong>in</strong>to Brazil, Mexico, Ch<strong>in</strong>a and Hungary as well as bysett<strong>in</strong>g up strategic units to pursue new opportunities <strong>in</strong> thef<strong>in</strong>ancial services products space or new services like RemoteInfrastructure Management and Platform-based BPO, TCS setthe stage for position<strong>in</strong>g its brand and its offer<strong>in</strong>gs <strong>in</strong> a uniquemannertoglobalcustomers.The culm<strong>in</strong>ation of all these led to the Company’s offer<strong>in</strong>gs ofTMGlobal Network Delivery Model (GNDM ) across India, Ch<strong>in</strong>a,Europe, US and Lat<strong>in</strong> America as well as its <strong>in</strong>tegrated fullservices offer<strong>in</strong>gs, all backed by the promise of certa<strong>in</strong>ty ofexperience for customers.
