Annual Shareholders’ MeetingInvestorsThe Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of Skanska AB (publ) will be held at11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 13, 2012 atBerwaldhallen, Dag Hammarskjölds väg 3, Stockholm, Sweden.Notification and registrationShareholders who wish to participate in the Annual Shareholders’ Meetingmust be listed in the print-out of the register of shareholders maintainedby Euroclear Sweden AB, the Swedish central securities depository andclearing organization, produced on Thursday, April 5, 2012 and mustnotify Skanska by April 5, 2012, preferably before 12 noon, of theirintention to participate in the Meeting.Shareholders whose shares have been registered in the name of atrustee must have requested temporary re-registration in their ownname in the register of shareholders maintained by Euroclear SwedenAB to be entitled to participate in the Meeting. Such re-registrationshould be requested well in advance of Thursday, April 5, 2012 fromthe bank or brokerage house holding the shares in trust. Notificationmay be sent in writing to:Skanska AB, Legal Affairs, SE-169 83 Solna, Sweden;by telephone to +46 10 448 89 00 (10 a.m. – 4 p.m. CET);or on the website www.skanska.comThe notification must always state the shareholder’s name, nationalregistration or corporate ID number, address and telephone number. Ifparticipation is authorized by proxy, this should be sent to the Companybefore the Meeting. Shareholders who have duly notified the Companyof their participation will receive an admittance card, which should bebrought and shown at the entrance to the Meeting venue.DividendThe Board of Directors proposes a regular dividend of SEK 6.00 (5.75)per share. The regular dividend is equivalent to a total dividend ofSEK 2,469 M (2,364). The Board proposes April 18 as the record date for thedividend.
