The participation in interlaboratory studyprogramme is the occasion to favour and generalise good analyticalpractices. Nitra in ICAR interlaboratory studiesSince 1996, two interlaboratory studies have been carried out each year.They are organised by the French organisation CECALAIT (Centre d‘Étudeet de Controle des Analyses en Industrie Laitiére) that operates under theumbrella of ICAR. Two trials werescheduled on March and September. Whole milk samples, preserved bybronopol, were sent by international delivery express carrier in isolatedboxes with ice, with dispatching delay 1 to 3 days.
