PP-I-78FRAGMENT COMPOSITION OF DIESEL FRACTIONS OBTAINED BYHYDROTREATMENT OVER Co-Mo AND Ni-Mo CATALYSTSReznichenko I.D., Aliev R.R., Tseljutina M.I., Rokhin A.V. 1 , Skornikova S.A. 1 ,Kushnarev D.F. 1“Angarsk Catalysts and Organic Synthesis Plant. Co-Ltd.”, Angarsk , Irkutsk region, Russia1 Irkutsk State University, Irkutsk, RussiaE-mail: aciu@chem.isu.ruThe effect of catalysts on the hydrocarbon composition of diesel fractions obtained byhydrotreatment process has been studied using 1 Н and 13 С NMR spectroscopy and factorialanalysis.Studies on the fragment composition of the substance, intermediate stages and productsof technological process for producing diesel fractions using quantitative 1 Н and 13 С NMRtechnique have been carried out to reveal sensitivity of NMR method for the control oftechnological process. The necessity of the study is caused by growing demands tooperational characteristics of diesel fuels, which are reached by involving high index oils inrefining. The estimation of substrates from the point of view of potential composition andquality in the special importance. In this connection, the use of instrumental express methodsof analysis of diesel fuels might be quite perspective. The feature of the analysis of group composition of the substrates by NMR spectroscopyis its statistical character: the measured of calculated values of parameters of fragmentcomposition present average results of characteristics of many individual compounds andvarious classes of organic substances.Advantages of the approach are the universality of the investigation of objects containingaromatic, heteroaromatic, hydroaromatic, olefinic and saturated hydrocarbons, differentiationof compounds with same brutto-formula hand high reliability of the information due to itsobtaining way.Possibilities to monitor the composition of diesel fuels by NMR method are examplifiedby the hydrotreatment of diesel fuel over Co-Mo and Ni-Mo catalysts under diverseconditions. It has been shown that the increase in the hydrogen to substrate ratio at constant volumesupple rate of substrate parallels the decrease is content of heteroatomic (Н arg ), highly146
