As an example infigure diagrams of dependence of HDS degree from temperature of process for catalysts onthe basis of PMA (№ 1), H 4 [Si(Mo 12 O 40 )]*nH 2 O (№ 2), H 3 [P(Mo 12 O 40 )]*nH 2 O (№ 3),H 3 [P(VMo 11 O 40 )]*nH 2 O(№ 4) are given.Fig. HDS activity of Al-Ni-Mohydrotreating catalystsAdditives of tungsten increase HDS and hydrogenation activity of catalysts. Replacementof PTA on H 4 [Si(W 12 O 40 )]*nH 2 O and H 3 [P(W 12 O 40 )]*nH 2 O raises HDS activity of catalystsin all the investigated interval of temperatures. Influence of a nature of tungsten compoundson hydrogenation activity is more complicated. Additives of tungsten in all cases raiseactivity also, but PTA shows the best results, than H 4 [Si(W 12 O 40 )]*nH 2 O, andH 3 [P(W 12 O 40 )]*nH 2 O shows very high activity only in the field of low temperatures.Thus, the use of HPCs for synthesis of Al-Ni-Mo hydrotreating catalysts allows toincrease their HDS degree and hydrogenation activity in relation to PCAC diesel fraction.References1.
