PP-II-135The analysis of the datas of table 1 leads to the conclusion, that the value of k 2 practicallydoes not depend on the nature of substrate and is close to value k 2 of the reaction (3)described in a literature. The value k 1 depends on medium acidity, on the nature of asubstratum and the nature of a complex of transition metal.The received results allow us to assume that reactions (2, 3) are two slow stages ofoxidation of substrates by oxygen in presence of nitrogen(II, IV) oxides. In the result ofprotonization oxidative ability of NO 2 is increasing in relation to substrates. The introductionof the transitive metal complex promotes the activation of a substratum.412
