PP-II-116THERMOSTABILITY OF Pd-ZEOLITE CATALYSTS FOR DEEP OXIDATION OFHYDROCARBONSAfonasenko T.N., Temerev V.L., Iost C.N., Tsyrulnikov P.G.Institute of Hydrocarbon Processing SB RAS, Omsk, RussiaE-mail: atnik@incat.okno.ruThe adsorptive-catalytic cleaning of exhaust gases from toxic hydrocarbons supposes thepresence of active combustion catalysts on the surface of adsorbents. The Pd-zeolite catalystsare perspective in this relation. The high temperatures often develop at the combustion ofadsorbed hydrocarbons. So the main goal of our work was to prepare a set of Pd-zeolitecatalysts and to investigate their activity after heat treatment at high temperatures. Besides itwas supposed to study the influence of the introducing of known modifiers: CeO 2 and ZrO 2 incatalysts composition on catalysts thermostability. The zeolites: ZSM-5, ZSM-12, ZVN,ZVM, β – were used as supports. The last four were produced at JSC “Angarsk Plant forCatalysts Production and Organic Synthesis” 1 .The catalyst activities were measured in the methane deep oxidation with flow-circularsetup and in toluene complete oxidation in flow reactor. In the last case the activity wasdetermined as the temperature of 50% conversion of toluene. The results are presented in the Fig. 1-3.W*10 2 , см 3 /г*сW•10 2 , sm 3 /(g•s)35302520151050ZSM-5 (M=30)ZSM-5(M=71)ZSM-12 (M=69)beta(М=36)beta(М=25)ZVN (М=75)ZVM (М=41)600700800Fig.1.
