It is shown, that application of HPCs ofmolybdenum instead of ammonium paramolybdate at synthesis of Al-Ni-Mo catalystsincreases their HDS degree and hydrogenation activity. Additives of tungsten also increaseHDS degree and hydrogenation activity of catalysts. However influence of a nature ofcompounds of tungsten on hydrogenation activity is more complicated.Heteropolycompounds (HPCs) recently began to be applied more often in synthesis ofheterogeneous catalysts for various petrochemical and oil refining processes. HPCs are usedin preparation of isomerization catalysts, hydrogenation catalysts and hydrotreating catalysts.As a rule, authors used individual chemical compounds or their mixes for the characteristicsof catalytic properties of the synthesized catalysts. Tests of catalysts for real raw materialmeet extremely seldom.In the present work results of synthesis of Al-Ni-Mo of hydrotreating catalysts modifiedby HPCs of 12 lines and their tests in hydrotreating processes of diesel fraction [1] are given.For synthesis of catalysts of 12 lines molybdenum HPCs were used:H 4 [Si(Mo 12 O 40 )]*nH 2 O, H 3 [P(Mo 12 O 40 )]*nH 2 O, H 3 [P(VMo 11 O 40 )]*nH 2 O and(NH 4 ) x [V(Mo 12 O 40 )]*nH 2 O. Catalysts were prepared by a method of impregnation of thecarrier with subsequent drying and calcination. At the first stage compounds of molybdenumwere rendered, on the second – compound of nickel. For comparison the catalyst with the useof ammonium paramolybdate (PMA) was synthesized by a similar method.Next part of research is devoted to modifying of catalysts by 12 lines HPCs tungsten.Catalysts were prepared by a method of consecutive impregnation of the carrier with solutionof tungsten compounds and a solution of nickel nitrate with intermediate drying. As thecarrier it was used calcinated alumina, content of MoO 3 8 wt %. Content of WO 3 was 6 wt %.As compounds of tungsten were used ammonium paratungstate (PTA), H 4 [Si(W 12 O 40 )]*nH 2 Oand H 3 [P(W 12 O 40 )]*nH 2 O.The synthesized catalysts were tested in a bench-scale flow reactor unit in the process ofhydrotreating of diesel fraction.
