PP-III-9Optimum parameter of the process have been certained: temperature, volumetric speed ofsubmission of a gas mix, influence of a ratio of initial components on a degree of conversionof methane.Catalytic activity tests were carried out in laboratory installation of flowing type atatmospheric pressure with chromatographic analysis of products. The highest activity was shown by samples of clinoptylolyte catalysts containing 15 % ofnickel. The temperature of process was varied in an interval 750-950 o C, volumetric speed ofsubmission of a gas mix 425-650 h -1 , a ratio CH 4 /H 2 O=1÷1-3. The degree of conversion ofmethane thus reached 98 %.As a result of tests of catalysts during 300 hours it has been established, that contactswork practically without decrease in activity. Thus, high activity and stability allows to consider Ni/clinoptylolyte catalystscomprehensible to process of steam conversion of methane with the purpose of synthesis-gasproduction.References1.
