PP-II-129SYNTHESIS OF MONO- AND BIMETALLIC NANOCLUSTERS OF GOLD,NICKEL, IRON, COBALT, PALLADIUM USING METAL-VAPOUR SYNTHESISWITH SOLVENTS AND ITS HYDRATION AND HYDRODECHLORINATIONCATALITIC ACTIVITYSpiridonov V., Vasil’kov A. 1 , Cerdan A., Lisichkin G.M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia1 A.N. Nesmeyanov Institute of Organoelement Compounds RAS Moscow, RussiaE-mail: lisich@petrol.chem.msu.ru, svs00@nightmail.ruUsing metal-vapour synthesis (MVS) M/X (M=Ni, Fe, Co, Pd; X=SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , C) andM 1 -M 2 /X (M 1 =Au, M 2 =Ni, Pd; X=SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 ) nanocompounds grafted on various supportswere synthesised. Nanocompound composition, structural and electron properties weredescribed with TEM, XRD, XPS and atomic absorption. Sufficient nanocompounds cataliticactivity (10 3 - 10 5 mole*mole -1 *h -1 ) was discovered hexene-1 hydration and chlorbenzenehydrodechlorination. It is proved, that nanocompound catalytic activity depends on severalcharacteristics: nature, size, morphology and concentration of grafted on support metalparticles. In this work grafted mono- and bimetallic M (M=Au, Fe, Ni, Co, Pd, Au-Pd, Au-Ni andAu-Fe) nanoparticles were synthesised using MVS. M/X nanocompounds were obtained byimpregnation of supports (X=γ-Al 2 O 3 , SiO 2 , activated charcoal) with toluene andtriethylamine metal organosols. According to SEM and XRD data, average size of grafted Auparicles were 3-5 nm (coating with Au-Et 3 N organosol) and 30-40 nm (coating with Autolueneorganosol), average size grafted Fe, Co, Ni, Pd particles were 10-100 nm (coatingwith amine organosol) and 2-6 nm (coating with toluene organosol).Nanocompound catalytic activity was determined towards hexene-1 hydration (1) andchlorbenzene hydrodechlorination (2) reactions. It was found, that activity of iron, nickel, cobalt containing catalysts were about 10 5 mole*mole -1 *h -1 - towards (1) and about 0,6*10 5mole*mole -1 *h -1 of palladium and 0,1*10 5 mole*mole -1 *h -1 для nickel and gold-nickelcontaining catalysts towards reaction (2). On the contrary, catalysts containing pure gold wereless-active – at most 10 3 mole*mole -1 *h -1 .It is shown, that activity of grafted catalysts depends on metal nature and concentration, catalyst preparation conditions. It is shown, that palladium containing catalysts are mostactive, nickel and gold-nickel containing catalysts are slightly less-active. Catalystscontaining pure gold were low-active.We are gratefull to RFBR for their financial support (grant № 05-03-33065).400
