This intervention isproposed through a course of individual eye-to-eye consultations –consultant-user (though there can also be some group meetings) –favouring talks as an instrument.The main characteristic is the personalization in the structuring oftimes, contents and sequence of the activities that are defined inconsideration of the personal characteristics, the analysis of themotivation for the course and the definition of the desired results.This type of intervention as well as an active collaboration with theconsultant, requires a strong personal involvement from thebeneficiary that stems from a desire to change present workingconditions. Such involvement calls for an active, voluntaryparticipation of the beneficiary that is constant and responsible, thelack of which must mean preclusion from the courseSuch planning gives an evolutionary prospective of change, throughwhich the person can anticipate the variations, and a defined line ofaction. In operative terms this is carried out through a mobilization ofthe resources and energy of the person, which is necessary to be ableto work on the awareness of self potential and resources, to be ableto use them for programming a professional project.The starting point is the examination of the history of the person toanalyse skills and personal characteristics – interests, values andaptitudes – and potential.
