TEFI TCA – id. code 3919comparative analyses of developed and tested products and goodpractices are included into National network ("Solution of complexproblems related to social exclusion of territorial, ethnic and othercommunities").During the third round the DP is interested in tailoring the experienceof other DPs participating in the thematic network to its own targetgroup:- to assimilate the target group motivation programmes, tailoringthem to the needs of interested organizations and providing adequatetraining to secure application of these programmes tackling NMunemployment problems so as to enable NM members to join thelabour market;- to assimilate the techniques by within the area of communityactivation promotion with the view of making communities activeenough so that their members could independently solve theirproblems;- make a comparative analysis related to creation, motivation,planning of activities and implementation of the cooperationnetworks.The DP is prepared to adapt the developed and tested NGO leadertraining programmes and their application methodology to the needsof other target groups.In relation to compatibility of products developed by other DPs and apossibility of their integration into our activities, this thematicnetwork allows planning of joint activities related to vertical andhorizontal impact on policy and practice when the target groups, i.e.decision-making and executive organizations, are the same.Final report 224
