In fact:⇒the use of e-mails was steady and significant, and responsetime generally very rapid;⇒the e-mails exchanged were always clear, synthetic butcomplete, in simple language and immediately comprehensive, withan efficacious logical construction to avoid problems connected withthe language of communication;⇒e-mails were often used for exchanging documents, sharingproposals, analysis and organizational aspects.Conclusion: the communication e-mails have been on the wholeefficacious in their transmitting function and they are confirmed as avery good instrument for exchanges, complete for their medium tohigh quality and facility of use.Final report 244
