<strong>TEFI</strong> <strong>TCA</strong> – <strong>id</strong>. <strong>code</strong> <strong>3919</strong>During the itinerary the tools used are those of knowledge andaptitude, the questionnaires are on personality and interests, thescale of values and observation of conduct during the simulations.The use of these tools is aimed at increasing the capacity ofautonomous management of the personal professional course and isnot diagnostic. It must be kept in mind, however, that these toolsreveal personal factors that imply skills but do not measure them.They must be used in a personalized way keeping in mind theparticular situation of each user. It is also necessary to pay greatattention when consigning, as it must be seen to be a proposal andnot risk being seen as a diagnosis.The assessment itinerary does not intend to be a predictive diagnosis,but is to develop the self-management of the professional course, thetools are useful in this, thanks to the precise information that issupplied on the resources and limits of the person, even though itmust be kept in mind that this does not cover all the activities of theitinerary.
