<strong>TEFI</strong> <strong>TCA</strong> – <strong>id</strong>. <strong>code</strong> <strong>3919</strong>employment, the profession and on training courses. The betterawareness of the prime resources and new information help thesubject to start to outline a project. To verify the feasibility, the useranalyzes and evaluates his skills in function to this outline, andverifies the feasibility through a comparison with the context ofreference. After this first outlining the subject proceeds to planningthe project and defines a plan of action for carrying it out. Morespecifically, the usable skills, the eventual areas for development andall the intermediate stages which are necessary for fulfilling theproject are <strong>id</strong>entified.
