TEFI TCA – id. code 39191.2.2 TE.S.E.O. 13 of Teramo, ItalyTE.S.E.O. seems to be due to labour market corporatism and theapproach meets some criteria of the liberal paradigm. The initialcoalition as well as the later Active Territorial Network covers threeconsiderable unions 14 , an employers’ association 15 and public bodieslike the Municipality of Teramo as well as the Union of Municipalitiesin the Territory of Val Vibrata and the Provincial Observatory forImmigration thus pooling organisations with decision rights on behalfof the labour market and being able to afford mutual vantages.The aim of the project is to integrate immigrants in the labour marketand in the existing social security system and by this way to fightmoonlighting, too. Another goal is stabilizing of employment amongimmigrants and non-immigrants. TE.S.E.O. also wishes to make thebeneficiaries of the intervention more aware of the opportunities thatthe territory can offer them. The concrete work is involving the finalbeneficiaries of the project as well as the people responsible on theterritory’s intermediate institutional level. So the approach has a clearfocus on the efficiency of processes, structures and organisationsinfluencing the labour markets demand- and supply-curve combinedwith extensive scientific research on that topic.
