TEFI TCA – id. code 39192.4.15 Output of the assessmentThe itinerary of the assessment concludes with the preparation ofthree documents which form the conclusive product and are: asummary, the professional project and the portfolio of skills.a) The summaryIt is a final document, as previously stated, describing themotivations and events that have led to the assessment, theactivities that have been carried out, professional acquisitions, asummarizing picture of the skills, resources, strong points, the areasof development of the user and the results of the assessment. This isa private document and property of the interested person who canautonomously decide ways and means for its diffusion. It can becomea useful instrument for evaluating skills with other people, or may bepersonally consulted to follow developments after the assessment.b) Professional projectThe aims are defined for professional growth and/or training, means,actions and the phases of activity necessary to obtain this. Theproject may foresee a course of professional training to improveexisting skills and develop others, to be able to enter into the desiredprofession. It is possible that the person, following the course,decides to turn to sectors that he had not taken into considerationbefore. Portfolio of skills. This is a purely personal document thatpresents as a professional dossier containing the description of allthat constitutes the personal and professional course of the subject(curriculum, certificates, qualifications, testimonials, etc.).Final report 122
