A common deficit point mentioned but serious tochange is the disavowal of formal graduations and skills acquiredabroad.All in all it may be said that the sustainable success of a project isclose related to the ability to fight discrimination simultaneously oncultural, societal and personal level. Reproduction of culturalknowledge, social integration and personal socialization, all of thesethree reproduction processes have its counterparts in the structuralelements of the Lebenswelt: culture, society and individual.
