chance, giving presentations on the Company andguest lectures as support to educational programsat the Faculties, support at preparation of students’research and graduation papers, promotion of Russianlanguage studying and, where there is an actual basisfor it, introduction of Russian as the first or the optionalforeign language.4) Presentations on the Company and the programsintended for the students were given at 7 Faculties ofthe Belgrade University (Faculty of Philology, Faculty ofElectrical Engineering and Technical Sciences, Faculty ofEconomy, Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, Facultyof Mining and Geology, Faculty of Traffic Engineering,Faculty of Mechanical Engineering) and 3 faculties ofthe Novi Sad University (Faculty of Technical Sciences,Faculty of Technology, Faculty of Natural Sciences andMathematics). A guest lecture was held in the area ofmarketing at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences.5) The cooperation with the Ministry of Youth andSport, Fund for young talents “Dositej” which providesscholarships for 1000 best students of the final years ofstudies in the Republic of Serbia is initiated.<strong>NIS</strong> also gives chance to talented students for acquiringof experience through work in a successful companywithin the framework of the program «Summer practice»,«10-hours-a-week practice», «Mandatory practice» inwhich, in <strong>2012</strong>, over 100 students were included.Besides the personnel development program of theCompany and attraction of the talented students, a realizationof the program «<strong>NIS</strong>-class» was started throughcooperation with 2 secondary schools (Geological andHydro meteorological from Belgrade and Technical fromZrenjanin). The purpose of this cooperation is a contributionin forming of the expert personnel necessary to<strong>NIS</strong>, through education of experts with secondary schooldegree, as well as preparation of the secondary schoolstudents and their motivation for enrolling the Facultieswhich give the professional personnel required by <strong>NIS</strong>.Furthermore, we organize the «on-boarding/introductory»training for all newly employed colleagues.
