John SmallDirector of Oil Field ServicesJohn Small is a physicist by profession, and has a long and huge experiencein oil business. He worked on onshore and offshore projects in the countries ofthe former USSR for more than 10 years. From 1999 to 2004, he performed variousmanagerial positions in "Schlumberger" company in Azerbaijan, Russia, Kazakhstanand Turkmenistan. From 2006 to 2008, he performed the function ofthe Production Director of Burren Resources Petroleum Limited company. Priorto his engagement in NIS, he worked in "Schlumberger" company as the Directorfor Planning, Supervision and Coordination of Work of this company with TNK-BPclient. In NIS he will be responsible for the management of "Oil Field Services" consistingof Oil Field Services, Technical Services and Transportation.Igor DimiryevichTarasovDeputy CEO,Director of Function for Corporate SecurityIn charge of economic and information security management and security issuesmanagementBorn on 2 July 1952 in Moscow. He has a 38 year long work experience in statesecurity services. He graduated Chemical Engineeringat the Faculty of Technology in Belgrade in 1995. He started his career in thecompany Zdravlje Actavis Serbia, as a chemical engineer in the laboratory for organicchemistry. Afterwards, he worked as a specialist on a pilot plant and then asa technical director of the Chemistry department. In 2003 he was appointed DeputyCEO and in 2004 he became the CEO of the Company. In 2007 he was namedthe manager of the year by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. He has 9 years ofexperience working in a multinational Pharmaceutical company. From April 2009until arrival to NIS he was the CEO of the company Operations Actavis UK Ltd. He ismarried and has two children.He was born in 1973 in Saratоvo region, Russian Federation. He graduated atthe state Academy for economics, specializing in national economy and law. In2010 he graduates at MBA Finance. From 1997 to 2005 he worked in the oil companyYuganskneftegas, subsidiary of the company Rosneft. After that he worked asthe director of finance in the company Sibur and in Moscow Refinery. For two yearshe worked in business center of Gazprom Neft. From 2003 to 2006 he was a senior consultantin the company “McKinsey & Co”. From 2006 to 2009 in the company “SIBUR” hewas Director of Investment.Born on 4th January, 1979. Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Mari StateUniversity and Central European University in Budapest in the field of jurisprudenceand finished post graduate studies at the Moscow Financial and Legal Academy.For more than seven years he worked as an associated in international legal consultingfirms. In 2009 he joined the NIS management team as the Director of theDivision for Legal Monitoring.
