Rishat Fagimovich IslamovDirector of Exploration and Production BlockAlexey Anatolyevich BelovDirector of Energy BlockRishat Islamov was born in 1968. He graduated from Ufa Oil Institute and acquiredthe title of a Mining Engineer. He completed the training of MBA Programme,i.e. ”International Business in Oil and Gas Industry” at Moscow State Institute forInternational Relations. From 1995 to 2008, there was a rise in his career from anExpert for Oil and Gas Production to the Deputy Manager of the Board for Oil andGas Production in ”Udmurtneft” company. From 2008 to 2011 he worked in ”Rosneft-Krasnodarneftegas”company performing the function of a chief engineer, andthen he assumed the function of the Acting CEO of the enterprise.Born in 1972, the town of Kstovo in Gorkovski region. He graduated from twofaculties: in 1995 he graduated at Nizhni Novgorod State Technical University,majoring in Nuclear Power Plants and Installations. In 2001 he graduated fromTolyatin Management Academy within the program of the management trainingfor Russian Federation state authorities. In December 2007 A.A.Belov wasawarded an academic title of Master of Technical Sciences. From 1994 to 1997 heworked as an energy facilities engineer in AOOT Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez, ZAO„Neftehim NHZ“ and o.j.s.c. NORSI. From 1997 to 2007 he worked as deputy chiefengineer for thermal energy, i.e., energy facilities engineer for thermal energysupply, as well as the deputy chief engineer for thermal energy supply managementin o.j.s.c. LUKOIL- Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez. In 2007 he worked as the supervisorof the gas legislation sector in LLC LUKOIL-ENERGOGAS. From January2008 until September 2010 he worked as the general director of LUKOIL Energyand Gas Bulgaria“. From October 2010 until overtaking a new function in NIS hewas the general director of LLC LUKOIL-EKOENERGO, which by 06.12.2010. wasknown as LLC JGK TGK-8.Aleksandar Georgyevich MalaninDirector of Sales and Distribution BlockViktor Nickolayevich SlavinDirector of Refining BlockBorn on 13 January 1976 in the town of Pushkin in Moscow region. Graduatedfrom the Faculty of International Economic Relations, "Plekhanov" in Moscow, andfrom the School of Commercial Management (WHU) in Koblenz, Germany. From1995 to 1998 he worked as a financial manager in Moscow representative offices ofthe companies "Uni-Baltic Ltd Oy" and "Roskan Shipping AB" dealing with foreigntrade operations in the oil sector of the Russian economy. In 1999 he started workingin "Lukoil", group in the field of development of downstream activities abroad.In 2007 he was appointed the General Manager of the company, Teboil OY AB /Oy Suomen Petrooli ", a Lukoil subsidiary in Finland. Since August 2011 he is theDirector of the Sales and Distribution Blok in NIS Novi Sad. He speaks German andEnglish.Born on 9.05.1975. in the town Kstovo, in Gorjkovska region. He graduatedfrom the State academy of oil and gas I.M. Gubkin in Moscow, as well as fromthe State university in Nizhny Novgorod. He graduated in chemical engineeringof natural energy and carbon materials, and in finance and loans. He started hiscareer as the shift supervisors at the unit for gasoline catalytic reforming in thecompany Nizegorodnefteorgsintez. He worked in different parts of the companyLukoil Nizhny Novgorod and Odessa. From 2003 to 2006 he was the managerof bitumen production, deputy chief engineer in charge of new technologies anddeputy chief engineer of deep crude processing in o.j.s.c. Lukoil–Nizegorodnefteorgsintez.Afterwards, he worked as the deputy chief engineer for reconstructionand development in o.j.s.c. Lukoil– Odessa Refinery, and subsequently as thechief engineer. Since 22.08.2011. he occupies the position of the executive directorof Refining Block in NIS. He participated in the Seventh International Conferenceon Intensification of Petrochemical Processes - Petrochemistry–2005. During hisbeing engaged in the area of crude refining and with his direct involvement inthe process, the following process units were started: unit for production of roadand construction bitumen, unit for catalytic reforming of gasoline with continuousregeneration, (CCR), isomerization unit, unit for production airplane kerosene,visbreaking unit, as well as other refinery process units.
