5. SAICare management framework<br />
The SAICare Programme was managed by a multi tier management framework, with a<br />
National Coordinating Team led by a National Project Coordinator. The respective National<br />
Project Leaders led each project at National level. At the State level, there were State Project<br />
Leaders, who in turn managed the implementation at the State level. The roles of the key<br />
people in the management framework are as given below:<br />
National Sai-Care Programme Chief Coordinator<br />
1. Establish SAI-Care Programme for implementation throughout the country<br />
2. Set up Committee to monitor SAI-Care Programme<br />
3. Hold regular meetings to monitor progress of projects<br />
4. Conduct status review at each Council Meeting<br />
5. Reports to EXCO on status on implementation and resources requirement<br />
6. Lead team for Yatra Trip to Puttaparthi in Oct/Nov 2010<br />
National SAI-Care Programme Coordinators<br />
1. Establish projects to be implemented and set National Targets<br />
2. Appoints National Project Coordinator and team<br />
3. Ensures Project write-up is submitted to Secretariat on time<br />
4. Ensures Projects are implemented by as many centres as possible<br />
5. Assist National Project Coordinators to meet Targets by providing necessary resources<br />
National Project Coordinator:<br />
1. To prepare Project write up and communicate with State Project Coordinators<br />
2. Work with State Project Coordinators or State Coordinators on strategy to achieve<br />
State Targets<br />
3. To drive for excellence in implementation of the Project nation-wide<br />
4. To prepare status of Project Implementation at Quarterly intervals and present during<br />
each quarterly Council Meeting<br />
5. To document all projects, including process of formulation, planning and<br />
implementation as well as actual project / programme itself<br />
6. Prepare the final Project write-up and submit to SAI-Care Secretariat before Aug 15,<br />
2010<br />
7. Numbers, high resolution photos, videos, details are important and must be included in<br />
the documentation<br />
State Project Coordinator:<br />
1. Work closely with and motivate Centres / Bhajan Units and State Team on projects to<br />
be undertaken by the State<br />
2. Establish timeline on implementation<br />
3. Implement the respective Project to be undertaken<br />
4. Drives excellence in implementation of the Project State-wide<br />
5. Compile State Project Report (template same as National Project Leader Report) and<br />
Accounting Report (template same as National Project Leader report on Accounting)<br />
at quarterly interval for submitting to National Project Leader and State Coordinator<br />
6. Prepare a final State Project Report (Template same as Final National Project Report)<br />
to National Project Leader and State Coordinator by Aug 1, 2010.
