Location: Ten Low Cost flats, next to Kampong Medan, off Sunway.<br />
Centres participating: Brickfields, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, SS.3, Sri Muda and Bangsar<br />
Population: About 80,000<br />

No of devotees : About five hundred all working at different times.<br />
The Location has a very high Crime Record, and the Ministry of National Unity asked the Sai<br />
Council to run another San Peng Like project here. They called all the Block Leaders and had<br />
a dialogue session with them to discuss the various projects that can be carried out.<br />
After the meeting ,various projects were agreed to be implemented there. The following<br />
was carried;<br />
Drama competition between the blocks.<br />
First a workshop was conducted on the finer points of drama. A professional Malay film<br />
director conducted the workshop.
